If you’ve made a purchase through our online store and wish to cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:
1.1 Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your online order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders that have been prepared or shipped are no longer eligible for cancellation.

If your order is still in the processing stage, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will guide you through the return process.
1.3 Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your online order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. The refund process may take 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider.
2. Cancellation of In-Store Orders
For orders placed in-store, cancellation is only possible before the product is prepared or handed over to the customer.
2.1 How to Cancel In-Store Orders
If you’ve placed an order in our physical store (for coffee beans, beverages, or merchandise) and wish to cancel it:
- You must request the cancellation before the product is made or before the coffee beans or products are handed over to you.
- Once the product is in your possession or the preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Please speak with our staff immediately if you need to cancel an order before it’s processed.
3. Non-Cancelable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation under any circumstances:
- Beverages: Once a beverage is prepared and handed to you, it cannot be canceled.
- Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans and other consumable goods that have been opened or used cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to promptly contact us if they wish to cancel an order. We are unable to cancel orders after they have been processed, shipped, or handed over.
